看 WIKI 的說明...
In Beta 1.8, you can make them grow by using Bone Meal on normal mushrooms only if the mushroom was planted on dirt. It is currently unknown if normal mushrooms can become huge mushrooms another way.

也就是說, 到目前為止, 對種植於泥土上的蘑菇使用骨粉, 是唯一產生大蘑菇的方法...
