+ New system to lock a locomotive:
Only the owner of a locomotive can lock it.
The owner is the player who spawned it.
To lock a locomotive, use the button in the GUI.
When a locomotive is locked, only its owner can change its speed, open the GUI, destroy it, paint it, attach it to other trains.
